As a licensed Oregon real estate broker with more than 30 years experience in residential sales, mortgage lending and escrow, Kathie Skinner brings a wealth of experience to her clients. No matter which aspect of the real estate industry Kathie has chosen to work, she always returns to sales. Kathie has found that working with families to sell or purchase homes for sale is where she finds the most personal satisfaction. Kathie enjoys the process of finding out the needs and desires of her clients and then providing stellar customer service as she coordinates each step of a transaction. Kathie was born in Boulder, CO and moved to Oregon as a young child. She inherited her interest in real estate through her grandmother who acquired a number of investment properties through the years. Kathie is married and the proud mother of two sons and grandmother of three. Both of her sons have also developed an interest in real estate. One of her sons, John, is a broker with NW Realty Group and the other, Tim, is a mortgage lender with Wells Fargo in Vancouver, WA.
